Acceptable use & copyright

Acawhat is a tool for processing audio you legally own or are explicitly authorized to process.

Allowed

• Your own original recordings.
• Audio licensed to you (e.g. royalty-free, Creative Commons, or owned masters).
• Audio you have explicit written permission to manipulate.

Not allowed

• Downloading or extracting audio from streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.).
• Bypassing DRM or other technical protection measures.
• Processing copyrighted audio without permission.
• Any use intended to infringe rights of artists, labels, or publishers.

Submitting a job requires confirming you have the right to process the audio. Misuse may result in job termination, IP ban, and reporting to the relevant rights holders.
